SPEED GROUP - ONE OF THE STRONGEST IN FINLAND (30.3.2011) Speed Group has received The Strongest in Finland -certificate, allowed by Asiakastieto, as a sign of its strong economical position. The accreditation is based on Asiakastieto's Rating Alfa-method, which analyzes corporations' economical- and background information and assesses corporations' future.
WÄRTSILÄ IS THE NEWEST TENANT IN SPEED'S FACILITIES (15.3.2011) Wärtsilä Oyj has rented 1150 m² repair workshop premises in Speed's facilities in Vuosaari. The setting of machinery and equipment and small changes in repair workshop premises will take about two months and the actual operation is to be started in June. Repairing components of marine engines and other equipment will be Wärtsilä's main use of the facilities. The facilities will also serve as the centre of Services Network Finland's field maintenance in South Finland.
MIKA HUTKO - SPEED DRIVER OF THE YEAR 2010 (3.1.2011) Mika Hutko (MH-Lines) has been chosen the Speed-Driver of the Year 2010. The jury, Speed dispatchers from Kotka and Helsinki mentioned on their arguments that Mika is a professional driver and a flexible customer servant who is always on time. Especially Mika´s positive attitude towards the job and work community had a strong influence on the selection. The dispatchers valued a driver, who is always raedy to drive any kind of orders.
